Cell phones can take us out of being mentally present. In the modern age, we have tons of notifications pinging our phone.. These notifications come from a plethora of platforms.. Like Facebook, Instagram, Text Messages, Emails, Slack, Twitter, TikTok, Bumble, Hinge, Tinder, Phone Calls, and the list goes on!!

How can we even focus when we have so many things begging for our attention.. Getting into a state of deep focus is more difficult than ever before!!

Though.. There are ways to reduce the noise/distractions and focus on what really matters. By doing so, you can literally add 2 hours to your day and get more work done.
