Dr. Allison Justice owns and operates The Hemp Mine, a 40-acre hemp farm in South Carolina. Prior to starting The Hemp Mine, Dr. Justice was VP of Cultivation for OutCo, a vertically integrated cannabis producer in San Diego, CA. She is well-known throughout the cannabis industry for her research-based approach to optimizing cultivation practices and her willingness to share the results and help other cultivators dealing with similar challenges.
