Our third annual SABWiL Human Rights Court lauds the entrenched Right to Education, section 29 of our South African Constitution, Act No. 108 of 1996. This training court commemorates the signing of our supreme law into being on 10 December 1996 in Sharpeville, Soweto by the late Tata Madiba, Nelson Mandela. Aspiring litigators prepare heads of argument and appear to address our Justices who are seasoned in law practice. Do peruse the court papers filed at https://www.sabwil.org.za at our SHRC tab #s29 for a deep dive. These proceedings are visually accessible on SABWiL YouTube at https://youtu.be/GXug7d8BH8c
