On this episode of the podcast I sit down with one of the country’s most highly regarded and respected music photographers, Kane Hibberd. He’s shot magazine covers, record sleeves, and if you’ve been to a live gig here in Australia over the past 10 years, chances are you’ve seen him at the front of the stage (or even on the stage) taking photos. He’s been commissioned by all of the major record companies and a few years back he self-produced the wildly acclaimed 450-page hardcover Soundwave Festival coffee table book, which is full of iconic photos from the festival.

He’s shot some of the world’s biggest artists including Parkway Drive, The Amity Affliction, Peaches, Paramore, Bloc Party, Dave Grohl, AFI and Tonight Alive, and his work has featured on the covers of Rolling Stone, Metal Hammer, Australian Guitar mag, Blunt, Alternative Press and the list goes on… and on.
