Kelsey Morgan, aka @kelseycynthia, is so much more than meets the eye. She is the owner of @levelbeautycollective salon in downtown Newport and has gone through some stuff. She‘s been bullied and has learned hard life lessons but she remains optimistic. Her outlook on her past and her future will inspire us all.
