How do we communicate well if we lack confidence and practice in speech? 

Speech is a skill; because it comes so naturally to us, we don't realise it is a skill. Learning the skills to speak builds confidence and teaches us how to give understanding and be understood.

To assist in teaching us the skills and the manner in how to practice, I am joined by a communications specialist and public speaker coach, Brenden Kumarasamay.  Brenden share us with 3 key skills and his experience to support the Neurodiversity community to become more effective communicators and public speakers.
