It's the time of year where we are thinking about what we want to achieve in the coming year. I really believe goal setting is so important but how do we improve the chances of actually hitting the goals we set? We cannot guarantee that we are going to get our goals but we can increase our chances. Each year I sepnd time "dialing" in my process to increase my chances.
