He is a trained teacher and has worked as a leader within the Danish education system since 2011, most lately as vice principal at Maglegårdsskolen, located north of Copenhagen. One of the things that make Christians work stand out is how he and fellow leaders have transformed how the school is led and how students interact in the recent years. As a part of this process Christian has been trained by Peter Senge along with 30 other institution leaders from around the world to become a Master Practitioner in the Compassionate Systems Framework (www.systemsawareness.org). The purpose is to bring these ideas to the youth of different nations and create a new generation of leaders that can spark the societal change.
