Heather & Leah are co-workers and the founders of “The Corporate Class” - a professional readiness program designed to support young women of color in the city of Erie. The Program provides its students with foundational development and career skills that will equip them in navigating a broad range of professional, corporate, and entrepreneurial arenas.
