If you follow me on Instagram @leannemeiser you saw that I was in a three-day Master Mind last week, and today I'm sharing three lessons I learned while participating in that!
A quick backstory. We've been preparing for this Master Mind since April. They were all-day, intense sessions, and to be honest, I was working through some imposter syndrome before we started. Rather than let that paralyze me, I kept reminding myself that I earned my spot and I was worthy of being in there. I am so glad I followed through because now I can sit here today and share these lessons with you!
1. Lesson #1: Identify three areas of your business you want to focus on/problems to solve for
Example for your business:
- Adding new customers - learn how to post about the product in a way she can connect with
- Track conversations and get better results from the people responding to my posts
- Turn cold connections into paid customers
2. Lesson #2: Commit to your goal!
- And just in case you need it, I BELIEVE IN YOU!
- I will be in your corner, challenge you, and help you get there.
3. Lesson #3: "Everyone wants me to win" - changing my thoughts from competition to everyone wanting me to win
- If you think about it in that way, you'll view feedback in a new way and grow.
