At ten years old, my mother and I moved into a mobile home. More than twenty years later, my partners and I have operated and owned over a dozen mobile home parks with many hundreds of lots, and thousands of residents living in them. The jump isn’t lost on me—and one timeless principle guided every step of that journey.
