Deciding to take a trip across Canada and talking with strangers, to starting a podcast on Masculinity and always having a bias towards action. My guest on this episode is Luke West a friend and an inspiration for this podcast to exist. 

Luke has an uncanny ability to talk with strangers and put them to ease to share their stories with intimate details, taking on whatever he sets his mind to and not letting insecurities and the fear of failure get in his way towards trying something new, and most importantly being an incredibly kind human being, this was a special episode.
