Lyndsey Marks is a certified Health and Wellness Coach with a vision to journey with individuals to help them experience holistic wellbeing. Starting with a focus on her own physical health during the pandemic in 2020, Lyndsey soon began to realize the importance of caring for the whole person and the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul.
She believed in this so much that she decided to do something about it and her business ‘The Curated Coach’ was born.
In this episode, we enjoy the distinct pleasure of being led in meditation by Lyndsey at the beginning and the end of our conversation. She also shares about coming to faith in Northern Ireland, as we delve more into the heart of her passion for helping others connect to God, themselves & others.
In essence, this is all about experiencing authentic freedom. Lyndsey creates a nurturing and safe space for clients to feel seen, heard and valued. This approach is founded on the belief that the journey to freedom should never be about leaving feeling more in deficit, but pausing to recognize the areas in our lives worth celebrating, and exploring the doors of opportunities that lie ahead.
