In this episode, I will be sharing with you - All about Money & A Happy Family

I consider myself to be the  perfect wife to the perfect example of an all rounded chauvistic male.... but money matters can be very scary & bring out the beast in one too! You see ... my hubby is a good man who doesn't drink, gamble or womanize. He's a good man... the only problem is this... he has been brought up in a traditional way where this formula has been imprinted in his head... I work hard to bring back the money, as a wife, I must stay-at-home and show him a spick & span home, dinner on the table 7 days a week, be attentive to his parents, manage and chauffer the kids and of course...  sex. OMG! What the heck? What have I gotten myself into? Oh... not forgetting since he brings in the doe, he will have a 100% say on all money issues! 

Let me share an unhappy incident with all of you. This incident almost let to a suicide & later a divorce... almost! Yes! Money can be the root of all evil if you see it as the cause and not yourself as the cause. There was a periid od time when my hubby was so engrossed in his work that he sort of forgotten I am a wife and not his bangladesh worker. He tooked a cheque and rudely ordered me to deposit it as soon as possible. To hell with yr check man... not even a ease and thank you! That's it! I tore the chk in two out of anger... I regreyted my actions afyer that cos it almost cost this famy yo shatter into pieces. To him, I am vending my anger on his hard-earned money... He was heart-broken, suicidal and wanted a divorce... so sad right.... I wanted to make him feel the pain and I achieved it but I wasn't happy! It almost wreck my marriage. That was a perfect example of fighting to be right and to hell w happiness! Big mistake! 

That serves as a very powerful lesson for both of us telling us not to neglect and take each other for granted.

That incident made our relationship stronger. 

My hubby trust me to the extend of lettg me manage the finances for the family. I can choose to spend whatever money that I need to mamage the monthly household expenses. I only spend on neccessities abd  I do not splurge on branded stuff like those rich tais tais going for manicure and pedicure. So lucky hor... my hubby. Car, credit card and mobile phones... it's all provided. Shiok right? Yes I love to have that awesome Kate Spake bag... so Chio but I just feel that it's wrong of me to splurge my hubby's hard-earned money... they call 血汗钱.
