In this episode I chat to Cat, who worked as an accountant for a few years before becoming a midwife, she then faced some limitations at work which lead her to go back to uni again and study nursing. We discuss the challenges of juggling work and study, visiting Cambodia on an international clinical placement, starting a rotation in ED and realising it’s not for you. She is currently working in special care nursery and is studying a post grad in neonatal intensive care unit.
