If you have been following my podcast over the past 2 years, (1st of all, thank you)
At the start of the podcast, I'd started the journey to build a sales training company (for the 2nd time)
The update now is that I have done what I said I would do (after changing the model of the business) and I have recorded, edited and sequenced an online sales program. The next step (5 months into this step is getting it where people can see it and that takes money and ALOT of effort.
Along with this I came to the realisation (again) that I don't want to work for myself, I want to be part of a business where I can grow, develop but also lead a team. That happened at the start of 2022 and in the podcast I document this journey in a way where people get to see what most people don't show, (their struggles and failures,

Starting in a company where I have been out the game for a number of years
Family issues that I have to block out because If I think about them it can screw up my whole day.
Balancing a relationship with trying to excel at work
Trying to launch a side business that will create a passive income
Overcoming many challenges, both mentally & physically,
Trying to lose the belly but enjoying chocolate and crisps too much.
The goal of this is to document my journey to look back on and see how far i've come but also to help others who think the people they admire have their sh*t together but really they're pretty f**kd up but know if they keep going and stay consistent, they will get there.
