Everyone wants to lose weight and get toned but most people either don't know how or don't want to do the things that are NEEDED in order to achieve it. Shredding body fat, losing weight, getting lean, ect, is not as complex as it seems. What makes it complex is you deciding whether or not you're willing to get it done. Before you dive into the audio, I want you to understand that the main focus should always be to be healthy overall, and when it comes to dropping "weight" you should view it as losing body fat. This is where body composition comes into play. You can lose weight and not look like you're losing weight. You CAN'T drop body fat and not look like you're not dropping body fat. While body fat drops, the muscle is able to show, which equals out to that lean look.
