Hey y'all, welcome back to Samantha's Beauty Confessions! On today’s episode, I am taking you on a journey from pre 2018 to now and giving you all the details about my time in the beauty industry and the reasons I decided to start my Instagram page. 

I confess the raw truths about navigating entrepreneurship and give you all the details about how I handled the stresses in my life while trying to build my business. I talk about my process of obsessively creating content, share the moments that kept me motivated and reveal those that made it seem as if everything was crashing down.

I tell this story today to show you that things aren’t always as glamorous as they look on social media. While we are scrolling through our feeds, it’s important to remember that we are only seeing the highlight reel of someone’s life — not the struggles and challenges they may be facing behind the scenes. Spoiler alert: when my page was growing the fastest, I was facing the biggest challenges in my personal life.
