This episode is a walk through of my journey with generalized anxiety disorder, starting with my original diagnosis at age 8. I have wanted to delve into deeper topics for a bit now, but haven't had the chance to really sit down and focus on them. Since anxiety has been with me for a while now, I see it as a normal part of my personal puzzle. This episode just scratches the surface, but still paints a vivid picture of what living with GAD has been like, both as a kid and an adult. To those listening, this may trigger some uncomfortable feelings/emotions; my intention is to educate, discuss, and inspire, but I know that these topics may be sensitive to others.
