When we are in the eye of the storm, it is difficult to see pain as a teacher, to know that we are in the process of healing and transformation.

In this episode, I share my perspective on pain, love and what we can anchor in when we have been thrust into the discomfort and uncertainty of the unknown.

This teaching is for anyone who is experiencing something challenging and/or feeling into the complexity and suffering that is often emblematic of the human experience. Especially right now.
