Brother Jared Thomas was a Sunday School teacher who started this podcast to magnify his calling while in-person lessons were restricted due to Covid-19. He is now serving as the Ward Mission Leader and is also a volunteer Institute instructor. Each week he discussed the "Come Follow Me" chapters of the week to come then went back to the beginning of The Book of Mormon and finished in 2nd Nephi just before where he started in Jacob 1. The podcast is designed to be used as a tool to gain further insight into the doctrine and principles taught in the scriptures. Content from the podcast comes from the scriptures, the words of modern and ancient prophets, and from personal revelation. It is not a substitute for personal scripture study.
