The question is how did Lisa living in Park City, UT become friends with Sonny and Dominic living 4,851 miles away across the pond in England become friends?

The simple answer is Instagram. Lisa came across Sonny’s profile and asked (more like begged) him to model for a clothing brand she was an Ambassador for.  He then introduced her to Dominic and they all quickly became friends.

The rest is social media history.  We are all so passionate about mental health as it has hit each of us personally.

Mental health is not a destination it’s a process.
