Numeroooo Uno! Nutrition nutrition nutrition. You've heard it before, you'll hear it again....you can't out train a bad diet. That is facts. But that still leaves a lot of questions about okay, what the heck should I eat then. Let's make it simple.
1. Prioritize protein intake with every meal and every snack.
2. Get in veggies/greens. 
3. Drink Water!
Number 2: Resistance Training
1. Train to get strong! Every ounce of muscle you put on your body = more calories burned throughout the day....allowing you to increase you caloric intake and still lose fat!
2. Protect your bones from osteoporosis and age gracefully, preventing and repairing current injuries. 
Number 3: Mental and Emotional Shifts
Change the way you speak to yourself, change your life. Working out is not a punishment for being bad. Working out is a way to give love back to your body and mind. Remember that the mind is the body so your body is constantly reacting to the thoughts that you are thinking.
