1- DISQUALIFYING yourself before you even start — why it won’t work for you, all of the things that could wrong, all of the reasons why you’re not worthy
2- Being in constant state of waiting for something to go wrong — where is the “catch” "when is ish going to hit the fan”. The anticipation for something to go wrong is robbing of JOY
3- The confidence gap -- "I can’t do anything until ___"
confidence is action and a feeling, the action comes FIRST, the feelings come second & in order to get good at something you have to put in the WORK.
