Rachel Pally is the founder and CEO of her namesake line, Rachel Pally. She lives in LA with her creative director husband, Kevin, and their two boys, Tao (6) and Luca (3). She started her company right of out of college (17 years ago!) with the goal of dressing women of all shapes and sizes and stages of life, and to make them feel beautiful and empowered. Rachel's connection to her hometown of Los Angeles created a dedication to participate in her local economy and put money back into her city by ethnically manufacturing her line in Downtown LA since its launch. She employs people from all over the world (mostly women!), furthering her commitment to empower and support women through her work.
