Every time you have a thought—and it's estimated that we think 60,000 different thoughts each day—your brain pumps out chemicals that influence the way you feel. And it happens automatically.
The way you talk to yourself does have an impact on your behaviours, actions, mood and the likelihood of achieving your goals. If you only have negative thoughts, this will hinder your likelihood of achieving the life of your dreams; so you should invest time in creating a place of love, abundance and positivity by re-wiring your brain to be a place where you can flourish.
