Paid Time off or PTO for short is one of the best things about working for a big company with a great PTO policy. We arent talking about that unlimited PTO crap but a structured allotment of PTO. As you gain experience in a company generally after a few years of employment, you start to accrue pto faster and faster which leaves senior level employees with too much pto to take or that they even know what to do with.
