Hello and welcome to the first episode of the Be Radical, Make Music podcast!  I am so so happy you are here. 

The pandemic has been a real rollercoaster and for so many people, absolutely devastating.  It can be so hard to justify making music as the world experiences such a traumatic collective event.  As a HSP I totally I understand, and I feel it too. However, I am here to tell your your music DOES still matter.  The world DOES still need your songs and actually it needs your songs more now than it ever did before.  

Today I am chatting to you about my three fundamental beliefs when it comes to maintaining a strong mindset when making music.  I want to share my tools so that you have more at your disposal to work with.  Have a listen, see what resonates with you and leave the rest behind!
