Sometimes it's easy to get distracted by activity and fun until you find yourself completely depleted. This week was a good reminder to continuously check in with myself so I could be proactive with my energy. I share how I was able to manage and enjoy a busy luteal phase and what I'm doing as I move into menstrual to care for myself.
