#3 School Didn't Prepare Us For Life
Both of us were eager to learn, yet totally disengaged in school and during our education, we received no guidance toward future steps.☹️
🤷🏼♀️🤷🏻♂️In our teens and early twenties, we didn’t know ourselves well enough. What did we want to do later? What were our core strengths and what were we good at? In which kind of environments do we thrive? Our school years didn’t cover that - they didn't teach us the realities of life. That's why, as life coaches, we've had to write our own manual.
🗣️In this episode, we talk about our experiences with the education system and also what we see happening on a macro level with people around us and the lack of guidance in life as a young adult. 😐👎🏼We focus on our lost time in the education system - education is not a "one size fits all", it's something that has to be adjusted and customized for every student out there.
