Where are you in your business or ministry today?

And where do you want to go?

These are not rhetorical questions. They are questions you must answer before we move forward in the journey to scale.

I want you to answer these two questions because it’s important to recognize where you are in your journey before we get to where you want to go.

In order to prepare for what is ahead, we need to know two things…

1)     Where we are going, and

2)     Where we currently are at.

This is the first sign you are ready to scale. Knowing where you’re at and where you’re going.
