Girl, there are days when I am feeling like quitting and that there is not enough hours in a day to do all I have planned.
There are days when I’m feeling overwhelmed and sad for no obvious reason.
And on those days I go back to basics and to my three step method on how to feel better right away. 
Nature break Nature is such an incredible healer! Just few minutes of walking barefoot in the grass, looking at birds chirping and flying around, listening to leafs dancing in the trees, it set my soul on quiet and peaceful mode. It brings me back to the present moment.
