In this episode, I am with Travis Mash. He's a powerlifting world champion who currently holds the “All-Time Pound for Pound World Record.” He was coaching different athletes for almost 21 years. His work with NFL players, Olympic weightlifters, powerlifters, and athletes across many other disciplines. He is also known for Shifting Paradigms and helping his athletes get mentally tough.
