3 Steps to Evaluate Your Process

Can you believe it's the last Friday of the month?

Today we're going to chat about a strategy you can implement to evaluate your process and make November your best month yet!

One thing I'm finding lately in a lot of my conversations is that people don't like setting goals. I'm going to challenge you to create a goal but not tie your success solely to that goal. If you don't reach it, it doesn't mean you failed, it means we need to tweak your process along the way. Here is how we do that:

1. First, celebrate what went well along the way to your goal. Get specific.

  • I posted 12 times about the business opportunity with a call-to-action
  • I started 10 new business focussed conversations
  • I added 3 new people to my team
  • 3 people are still considering
  • 4 people had objections
  • 2.  Second, what didn't go well? Get factual.

    • Posted 12 times but felt like I was begging
    • Weak call-to-actions
    • Posts felt rushed
    • Couldn't overcome objections
    • 3. Third, what do we want to do differently next month?

      • Have more conversations to create more engagement or have the same number of conversations with improved content
      • Look at your conversation flow - how can you sign more people by changing your strategy?
      • Review the objections you had and prepare for them ahead of time
      • Evaluate each individual conversation
      • Adjust who you are speaking to
