3 Systems You Need in Your Business to Work Smarter, Not Harder

What does success look like for you in your business? What does growth mean for you? If you’re a teacher entrepreneur, it’s important to establish clear goals to direct your time and energy because without a specific objective it can be difficult to know where your time is best spent. In this podcast episode, I share three systems you need in your business to work smarter, not harder, so that you can scale your business strategically and sustainably.

These are things that you should be doing regardless of what stage your business is in.

 

  1. Visibility System - How people learn about your business whether that's your store on Teachers Pay Teachers store, your course, or coaching services.
  • Data Tracking System - How you track the ways people respond and engage with you through your sales and marketing efforts.
  • Content Creation System - How to use those results to make strategic moves in your business that will be the best use of your time.

    1. Choose one platform where you have visibility - besides yout store and website - that could be your blog/youtube channel/social media and take action by sharing about your business
  • After a week - set a timer for ten minutes. Read your data and make notes about your observations. Did you get more views this week than last week? Why do you think that is? What time did you post? Did that affect your visibility? Who exactly engaged with you.
  • Pick one observation that you noticed from your data to make a small tweak to the content that you create and publish next week.
