Clearing your energy field:
- Having a sense of your feet or any part of your body, connecting with the ground or surface supporting you. Center yourself into a state of I am the authority over my own being, and I choose right now to clear all energy on every level that is not in alignment with divine love and my soul
- Visualize or surround yourself with beautiful, bright light, call in the light, visualize that the light is a space around you that is pushing back all of the things that have been trying to crowd in or trying to affect you.
