"Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change." -Wayne Dyer No matter how hard you try, you have no control over your life and what happens in it. The only thing you have the power to change is your reaction to it. I know all of us go through our own struggles constantly, Earth school is f*cking HARD! But that doesn't mean we get to be a victim to it. When you look at life through the lens of "why is this happening FOR me?" instead of "why is this happening TO me?" you begin to shift out of victim mode and into creation mode. You become the co-creator of your life with the Universe.
Life starts to feel less heavy regardless of the weight of the things we face. The struggles, the suffering, the lessons, are not only a necessary part of our growth, our success, our life story... they ARE the story. The message is in the mess, and it is up to you to see the beauty in everyday life. All of this is so much easier said than done... you're definitely not going to shift your mindset and belief systems overnight. But you can start to take actions daily that begin to move you in that direction. It takes going inward to see changes reflected in your external environment. We must face the darkness if we want to experience the light in this life. We must have the courage to go THROUGH hell on Earth, not around it, not over it... to FACE IT, so we may experience what heaven on Earth is like.
