This episode is dedicated to the phase of the Heroine's journey called "The Descent". And we associate it with the archetype of the mother, the summer and the full moon, because we believe that they share the same energy.
We are talking about the moment of the journey where the heroine decides to start her own journey but thousands of obstacles are presented to her that make her doubt that she has undertaken it.
We analyze every possible obstacle that she may face, which in mythology we call dragons or monsters, with the aim of helping her develop the necessary tools to move forward and find a deeper meaning for her life:
The myth of dependency, female inferiority, romantic love and of the superwoman.
We also talked about learning how to mother ourselves, accepting all our parts, and we especially discussed two characters: the inner critic and the vulnerable child.
We all deep down want to be held, we want the warmth of a hug, the warmth of the amniotic fluid that cradles us.
If we seek it for life on the outside, it's time to give it to ourselves.
Healing this wound for women is much easier in the presence of other women, by connecting with nature, with the great mother earth, respecting our cycles, and those of nature.
