In this episode we discuss our experience on the 75 Hard program as we both started it on the same day to kick off the new year. This episode was recorded 45 days into the program and we sat down to discuss what exactly the 75 Hard program is, and why you should try it. We cover how the weaker inner voice pops up when things get inconvenient and hard (unless you're David Goggins), and how this plays out in every area of life. The unconscious impulses that wreck your life without you knowing it, and what to do about it.  During this conversation we dive deep into the different ways that people sedate themselves, and how there’s a big difference between moving away from something versus moving towards a big goal you have.
