Hello Ladies & Gentlemen, Today I'm joined by my good two friends Mr Brian Foley & Mr Daire Breen to discuss the Dublin City Triathlon that we completed back in August, it was a sprint Triathlon, but a Triathlon nonetheless.

Expect to learn how the idea for the event came about, the difficulty and fear that presented itself from learning how to swim, why the post-race feeling didn't live up to expectations and the reason to set challenges while you have a youthful body that can bear them,
