Maybe I should have titled this "haters and more!" but you really will hear me share 3 things that kept me fat in this week's episode of The JoLynn Braley Show.

In this week's free weight loss podcast episode, you'll also hear me share my week 12 update with struggle-free weight loss. Yep! I'm really doing it struggle-free. And I won't stop. No matter how many haters, critics, and naysayers try to get me to stop.

WHY would anyone try to get me to stop living struggle-free weight loss? Because they're not willing to do what it takes to get their own struggle-free weight loss. Remember this always! Because you will have haters pop up in your life too, the closer you get to your ideal weight. They will want you to STOP succeeding.

Because they're not.

Your success makes THEM feel bad, but THEY are their problem You are not the problem. So do not stop living struggle-free with food and your weight no matter what. You've gotta have the daily practice though, to feed your mind before feeding your body, in order to continue to stay struggle-free with your physical, healthy lifestyle action steps.


3 Things That Kept Me Fat
Hey, listen in and see what you can relate to in the 3 things that kept me fat. I do talk quite a bit about haters in this episode too but hey, it makes sense when you hear what one of the things that kept me fat is. Also, keep in mind that nothing and no one outside of me kept me fat! If that were true, then I wouldn't have been able to get to where I am now.
