No matter how far into a healing process you are, things will trigger you. It is my firm belief that major triggers are connected to deep meanings and unmet needs, and/or bring you back to how you felt when you felt that way for the first time...and your brain and body stored it.
Today we are talking 3 things to do when you do become triggered.
1) to help in the present moment, and as you recover from the heightened state it puts you in.
2) To process it and figure out if theres more that needs to be done
3) What can you do for the next time you are triggered like this?
