OneGoal's Stephanie Flores has three things to know about Graduation Rates:

1. It's the percentage of students who graduate from a college or program

2. We look at graduation rate at 150% time, i.e. 6 years for a bachelors and 3 years for an associates degree

3. Underrepresented Minority (URM) grad rate is a key indicator of how a college or program supports students of color
