I absolutely LOVE working out!!!🏋️♀️⠀ ⠀ BUT, once I became a wife and mom and my family continued to grow, it got more and more difficult to make it into the gym. ⠀
I really wanted to find a way to still workout even though my life seemed to be consumed and my body exhausted with daily mom duties... ⠀ Here are my Top 3 Tips for Working Out Consistently Even if You Have Zero Time and Energy…⠀ ⠀ ⠀ 1. Set the bar low and set yourself up for success:⠀ This just means to set attainable goals for yourself so you can take small steps that get you closer and closer to your end goal.⠀
2. Remove all barriers of resistance:⠀ Identify the barriers and figure out solutions to overcome those barriers. What is it that is keeping you from working out?
3. Visualize your goals :⠀ What do you want to get from working out? Do you want to lose weight? Gain more energy? Feel healthy?
