When we begin any long term goal it's really beneficial to try and measure our progress. But what actually is progress? In this quick video I go over what progress means in a practical sense as well as 3 things to bear in mind when it comes to progress: 1- Progress is the BEST way of measuring our changes as we journey towards a goal. It is useful for analysing and coming up with specific improvements to help us reach our goals more efficiently 2- Start measuring your progress as soon as possible (it's okay if you're embarrassed but trust me you'll wish you started sooner!) 3- It's okay to make smaller amounts of progress in a consistent manner (don't be disheartened this is the best approach!)
