Leaders are on a tight schedule and must be creative when it comes time to reading and meditating on God’s Word. Devotions with Deanna was created as one of the solutions to support busy leaders. As I continue with the theme of growing in grace, today I will be going over one of the five reasons growing in grace is important for your soul (your mind, will, and emotions). Not only will you personally benefit from your growth in grace, but you will ultimately influence those around you to grow and mature in grace.

Influence is defined as the capacity to have an effect on the character, development, or behavior of someone or something, or the effect itself.

The question to ask yourself is, do you want to have a good or bad influence on those you lead? Your influence on others for good will depend greatly on what they see in you. I want to share with you 3 tips on how to achieve a godly influence.
