On today's episode of Wake Up to Your Life, I'm sharing some of my personal experiences with racism as an Asian woman. I've had disparaging language used against me. I've watched people mock my mother when they can't understand what she's saying because of her accent.

Most of us have some unconscious bias in us. In this episode, I encourage us all to be honest and mindful about what beliefs we hold about people who look different from us.
