Somewhere along the way, someone told you:

“You aren’t good enough."
"You’re not old enough."
"You’re not smart enough."
"You’re not fast enough."
"You’re not strong enough." 
"You’re not experienced enough."
"You’re not pretty enough." 
"You’re just not enough.”

And I’m here to tell you that those people are wrong.

We are told we aren’t enough, much more than we are told we are.

In fact, you’re told no so much, that it becomes increasingly harder and harder to get a yes from people, because everyone’s knee jerk response is no.

It’s just our culture, and I believe that it comes from the best of intentions.

But in order for you to be successful at anything, you have to check your self confidence.

Do you feel worthiness?

Are you walking around with confidence in yourself regardless of what the outcome is?

Are you willing to go for your goals, even if it means you could fail?
