We have quite a heavy week ahead of us! Communication barriers and confrontation are the dominant subject matter of this week. Conflicts within our relationships could easily arise, so we will want to be particularly mindful of the way we use our words. Words can kill if we’re not careful!
JOURNAL PROMPTS FOR THIS WEEK:
🌙 Where have I given away my own authority out of fear of feeling like I don’t know enough, therefore I’m not good enough/worthy enough?
🌙 Where do I trust the opinions of others too much because I feel like I can’t trust my own opinion in a matter, and what can I do to cultivate more self-trust in that area?
🌙 What have I been avoiding learning or conquering because I’ve felt like I haven’t been "smart" enough in the past to learn whatever that thing is?
🌙 Have I been harbouring any resentment or anger towards someone or some situation? What can I do to begin letting go of this resentment?
🌙 How have I not been honouring my boundaries and allowing others to impede on them?
