We live in a culture where social media rules the world. It's so easy for us to fall into the comparison trap of looking at the perfect squares of personal friends and famous influencers; no wonder why anxiety and depression have skyrocketed over the past few years! I too find myself in the slippery slope of the comparison trap, but once I hit rock bottom with my anxiety, I finally stopped and allowed God to show me who I was in His eyes.
